I not stupid too!

I not stupid too is a comedy keenly centred on the theme of increasingly difficult relationships

between parents and their children today, due to a lack of communication.

More than often, parents THINK they understand their children, based on the reasonings of the I-gave-birth-to-you-so-I-know. But do they really? A child is most vulnerable at teen years, which is without doubt the most crucial period in the development of the child. A single wrong move by the parents can result in a lifetime of regrets. How well aware are the parents of this fact?

Everyone and i mean EVERYONE should watch this movie.. one of the best i've seen.. honestly, it really kind of relates to my life.. maybe every teenager's life
kudos to Jack Neo for highlighting an important plot running throughout, and it's the strong message to parents that they must always remember they bear primary responsiblity on the upbringing of their children.

He seemed to hit the nail on the head in the portrayal of the current family climate, that neglect and the lack of communication are prevailing, which much be stemmed.
moral of the story : appreciation is always much lacking in our society, amongst family members, colleagues and even friends.

btw, the gangsters in the movie are real. Jack Neo went to find them and when Jack Neo praised them for acting good, one of them truly cried as he said it has been a long time since someone praised him. that why jack neo took it as theme of this film

Often, we think that us children are right in whatever we do. We neglect our parents opinions, turn a deaf ear on them and make no use of what they say.

We stand up to what we believe, but.....have you consider what your parents stand up to what THEY believe?

We think that what we do is always right, .........your parents must have thought so too when they were young, but i can tell you, they REGRET now for what they thought back then.

We often want others to change especially your parents, ...... but have you tought of changing YOURSELF first?

We feel embarassed when our parents are within a 50m range of us especially when we are hanging out with our friends, but have find out why they do that?

THE CONTRADICTORY

Parents, you want us to be just like you, but have you thought of how hard we try?

You want us to follow your ways, but have you followed ours?

You think that you're always right, yes it is true, but have you cared of what WE feel is right?

Thank you for showering your care and concern for us, we know that when you question us on our peers, schools, and such you are trying to care for us.. but have you thought of how hard we try to fit in to our peers or at school.

The world we live in now is really what i think is a test of God, how we choose our paths and how we walk our paths. But one things for sure, the give & take concept,
we as children must try our very best to 'click' with our parents, likewise for our parents to do the same.

Children, think of our parent's daily struggles, how hard your dad tries to earn his money, how hard your mom tries to cope with the load of housework at home. How much stress they have to cope because of US. When you're reading this message, the electricity bill + the internet bill they would have to pay for what we use? We take all these things for granted, wait till you become a parent, but why wait?

I know of my very good friend, who's mom had been diagnosed with cancer for a very long time, and she had just passed away a few days ago. This boy, I hope that he'll not lose faith and continue to live for his mom, for I know he will. He's always sticks to his mom, and I'm really praying that through this, his family would come together as one. No longer 2 parts : Daughter to father, Son to mother.

So people, bear the message in mind, appreciate your parents while you still can, for we'll never know what lies tomorrow...

It just takes 1 minute of your life to pray for him.. please.. it duzin matter if you do not know him.. all it matters is that he knows that there is one more kind soul that is caring for him day by day.. hour by hour.. another person prays for him.. thatz all that matters.

I pray Lord, that whatever your decisions are for Paul, Lord, it's all for the glory of Your name

Of hard choices

haih.. i am experiencing what Julian had to choose few weeks back.. currently in a mental state of distress bcuz i lose in Taylor's debate to SMK Subang Utama cause of 1.5 points!!! Sooo geram! shouldn't have know of the difference in points !! #$!@#$!#$!@#$ lol .. back to my dilemma. six things to choose from on one day alone.. 22nd April!

1. skipping BB ( that would be twice in a row liao T.T )

2. HELP college debate workshop ( i really wanna go for this badly)

3. scrabble tournament ( my team wants me badly in it)

4. Hari Bestari ( getting my PMR cert)

5. Leo Idol Finals ( wanna go see how good they are and support my fren)

6. LA SALLE Regionals Convention (i'll learn alot of stuff here at its at Genting + Free of charge)

my heart says go for either two things.. Scrabble / La Salle Regionals.... scrabbble leh cuz theres a fair chance of winning together wif my teammates.. Regionals is sumting like a 3 day camp where all the La Sallian schools in Selangor meet together.. i now im going to have fun there cuz ALL of my friends are going plus that would be where im going to learn how to organize my incoming prefect camp >.<

hope i can make the right decision...

Lord, i pray that you'll guide me through this, and whatever i do Lord, i do it for you..
